Growth plans are only useful when the organisation can execute them consistently.

Our Story

Why Ducit Exists

Most B2B companies know they need more demand. They invest in campaigns, technology, people, databases, and agencies. When results remain inconsistent, the instinct is to try more of the same. The problem is rarely the activity. It is the system connecting the activity. That is the problem Ducit was built to solve.

Ducit was founded after more than two decades working across demand generation, business development, technology delivery, and revenue leadership — inside companies, as an advisor to others, and as a leader building teams from scratch.

The consistent finding: the companies that struggled with demand generation rarely had a campaign problem or a technology problem. They had a system problem. The targeting, messaging, follow-up, qualification, and measurement were all happening — but not as a connected process. Each piece was managed independently, by different people, with different priorities, producing results nobody could fully explain or reliably improve.

Ducit exists to work on that system — to design it, build it, operate it, improve it, and transfer it to internal ownership where the engagement calls for it.

Principles

What We Believe

Strategy without execution is incomplete

A strategy becomes commercially useful only when people can execute it through a repeatable process. The process has to be built and operated.

Activity without process creates noise

Activity without diagnosis produces noise. A campaign ends. A process compounds.

Measurement should drive decisions

Metrics should answer: what do we change? Not simply: what happened? A dashboard that reports activity without connecting it to downstream outcomes is describing the work, not evaluating it.

Capability should outlast the engagement

Where the engagement is designed for internal ownership, the objective should be to leave behind knowledge, process, and capability — not create ongoing dependence.

A Note on Client Confidentiality

Many of our engagements are governed by confidentiality agreements. We do not publicise client names, logos, or engagement details without explicit permission. This is not a marketing problem. It is a reflection of how we think the relationship should work.

Where we have permission, we share relevant outcomes and case studies. What we can say — across the B2B companies we have worked with — is that the most common starting point is not a missing campaign. It is a missing process.
