The people behind Ducit

The people behind Ducit have built demand functions, run revenue teams, managed enterprise relationships, and advised companies through the difficult stages of growth — not in presentations, but in practice. The value of that experience is not the credentials. It is the pattern recognition — the ability to look at a demand process and understand, quickly, where the constraint is and what it will take to fix it.

Koka Sagar Priya Ranjan

Koka Sagar Priya Ranjan

Co-Founder & CEO

Sagar has spent more than two decades at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution — building demand functions, leading revenue teams, advising companies on growth, and working directly in the market on the problems that consulting often only describes from a distance.

Building and leading revenue organisations

Sagar has built and managed revenue teams of 350+ people across inside sales, field sales, and demand generation — establishing the OKRs, coaching cadences, performance management, and operating rhythms that allow a team to function as a system rather than a collection of individuals.

Designing and executing demand programmes

He drives strategic, multi-channel demand generation across outbound campaigns, high-impact events, thought leadership, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships—consistently delivering 93%+ quota attainment over four consecutive years through a flagship demand-generation program.

Building scalable operating processes

He has designed lead-generation and revenue processes from scratch — CRM workflows, outbound cadences, lead scoring, campaign playbooks, and SOPs — for companies that needed a foundation, not just more activity.

Advising IT and SaaS companies

Sagar has advised 45+ B2B technology and services companies across India and APAC on acquisition, market entry, revenue acceleration, demand-generation strategy, and sales organisation design.

Technology and delivery experience

Earlier in his career, Sagar worked across technology, QA, customer delivery, implementation, and global programme management — giving him a foundation that connects commercial strategy with operational reality.

The question is not just what you should do. It is who will do it, how they will do it, how it will be measured, and what happens when the process meets reality.

K Rajesh Goud

VP, Client Acquisition & Business Development

Rajesh brings extensive enterprise relationship experience from a career in commercial banking with IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank, and HSBC — working with commercial banking, government, large corporate, and enterprise clients across complex financial and business requirements. Enterprise relationships are built differently from transactional ones. They require understanding the organisation — its structure, its decision-making process, its priorities, and the people who carry influence — before a conversation about solutions begins. Rajesh brings that discipline to client acquisition and business development at Ducit.
